Well, I wish I could have a chocolate velvet banana split with toasted pecans for dessert. You probably don't remember, but that it the brand of soy ice cream I thought was not really so delicious (in my opinion, of course). I hope it was edible, though. Everyone's taste in ice cream is different. I would really suggest trying Soy Cream, made by Double Rainbow. It is very popular around here! A truly luxurious ice cream. Actually I had a delicious quick dinner--Mr. Grainne was not home, so I did not have to boil any spuds. I had a hot dog sandwich--Yves giant soy dogs (wonderful) on very fresh Trader Joe's organic oat honey bread, hotdogs cut in half so they stay on the sandwich, with soy mayonnaise and dijon mustard. Warm and wonderful--also quick.
