If Zarqawi living in Iraq during Saddam's reign was Prima Facie evidence of Al Quida alignment with Saddam (even though Saddam had no control over the area in which Zarqawi was living) then why isn't Zarqawi's living in Baghdad prima facie evidence of a connection between this administration and Al Quida?
