Thanks Cal that is an interesting read re. Provalis.

I spoke to IR this morning. Someone had asked about the Formularies so I thought I'd give Jody a call.

Apparently, Solvay is now in charge of this and they have made changes and resubmitted the proposal to the provinces. I can't believe they found reason to make changes, everything else was done to perfection....just like the Provalis deal.

They have also submitted the phase IV results.

This is an ongoing process. It has nothing to do with the drug, it is about money. Governments have told their formularies not to add any more drugs. Solvay has experience in this area and will be continuing to push for approval.

For those living in PEI it will never be approved....I don't know the details why.

I was not given any time lines.

Here is an interesting breakdown of sales
Private payor - 45 %
Cash - 10 %
Formularies - 45 %

I know little about this process so there could be holes in my latest ramble. Just thought I'd share.

Told to expect an extensive update on WF10 next quarter.
