Hi Kodiak _ I looked at those stats - look at illiteracy for > 15 years old

India 39%
China 9%
US --
France --

(by the way, I expect a real number for the US might be 1-2 % illiterate)

I think there will be cyclical investment opportunites in both China and India at various times, so we should look at both.

I also expect that China will get to a point where their domestic market becomes a bigger engine of growth - and I expect China will reach that point long before India.
