Thanks, Ted. If what you're saying is true, then the GOP doesn't have a case, and instead they should start looking for missing absentee ballots in the "less sophisticated counties" that could lean toward Rossi ... such as whatever county Fort Lewis is in. That would be Pierce County........which now explains why it went for Rossi although not by much. I forgot that Ft. Lewis was there. I think military folk should vote for candidates in their home state and not the state where they're stationed temporarily. In any case, I am sure Rossi will pick up votes in Pierce. The GOP is blaming King County for not catching the error sooner; and since it didn't, they feel those votes should not be counted now. Its a sign of the times that both sides are willing to go out on a legal limb to get their way. Its too bad.......WA state politics has typically been like a rivalry between football teams. Now, its become like the rest of the nation........extremely divided and rancorous. And sending out the WH attorneys has not helped things. No matter who wins the governship, they will not have an easy time of it.As for "pulling a Rove," I guess you're expecting The Magnificent Rove to pull a rabbit out of his hat? CJ told us about the ALA candidate that Rove ran. Apparently, he lost initially but by taking it to the courts, Rove was able to get the race reversed. I don't know the details.......maybe CJ does.
