Tommaso,

I was looking at the historical premiums on ESI here:

scotiamanagedcompanies.com

with a max value of 22.01% on 6/03/04. I know the NAV has now dropped to the single digits on ESI (8.75%), but on ESII it is 16.33%. I suppose then the ESIIshares would have a theorectical peak around $16.17 if the premium went to 22% like ESI. Actually the premium is currently around 17% with shares up to $12.25 today.

I think with the diversified nature of ESII there could be a chance at passing the 22% peak in ESI.

Did you sell any ESI around the top?

Thanks,

David
