My husband has always said women are smarter than men because they are so much more detailed than men. I agree with that too.

This happened on a day my husband wanted to play golf and thought he would get it done later in the day and they decided to play 36 holes so it was impossible to accomplish that afternoon. Later he laughed about it and said I had made a good impression on him to get his duties performed before doing what he wanted to do instead. Thank goodness we can look back on those stories and really laugh about them, but they were serious back then. (g) Been married 54 years and could write a book that would be so funny about married life. It has been an interesting life no doubt about it and has gone way too fast for us.

My husband also claims I outsmarted him when we had a 40th anniversary party and renewed our vows. He says I now have three fourths of the community property instead of half. I'll agree to that. My theory of what a man gets when divorcing is everything is packed on a truck and what falls off is his to keep. (g)
