When you do act, you do so tortiously. You really didn't comprehend an artist's right to free speech as you attempted, with Elgindy, to quash it and tortiously involve yourself in his art career? You really didn't see the hypocracy in your actions or the fools you & Tony were making of yourselves? If that wasn't bad enough, you still continue to disparage the artist. There is, imo, something very wrong with you. You seem unable to understand rules of civil procedure as you posture as a crusader of Free Speech. You cuddle-up to the first amendment as you disparage persons and companies, yet have no problems attempting to quash others free speech if said free speech is problematic for you or the markets you involve yourself with. You have no idea who the FBI talks to unless you have someone in your circle of family, associates and friends, like Elgindy did, who illegally shares with you classified information. You are posturing. The fact that Tony has been made accountable for SOME of his actions should "tell you something".Nobody is claiming Elgindy didn't value money above friendship (or even family). Peter, a member of his site, is quoted as testifying "He lied all the time, exaggerated to make himself look good..." I know lots of people who lie all the time (look in the mirror GD). But you have to remember that the jury only knows Elgindy from what they are allowed to hear in court. Our only glimpse into this is from news articles which usually only highlight the sensational aspects. I'm sure the FBI has long ago read your web site on Elgindy. The fact you have not been contacted should tell you something. Get the hint. - Jeff
