There is a tremendous amount of connection between police types and fires. They get bored, and start them to cause some excitement. Especially with volunteer fire departments. In my hometown in PA, there have been several incidents where members of the all-volunteer fire departments in the townships have set fires so they can put them out. Usually younger members who are just being morons and are over-excited about being a fireman. They usually catch them when they are mysteriously always among the first to respond. Derek
