There is nothing in either religion that leads to that conclusion. The issue has been about 20th and now 21st century history with jews moving back to the area. So i dont believe moslems hate the jewish religion any more than they hate christianity regardless what extremists and/or the great unwashed believe today.
So the issue for me is a more violent version of Northern Ireland with its religious overtones. No solution there will happen over night but once israel's existance is finally excepted by arab nations and the majority of the Palestinian people, things may start to get better. mike

Actually there have been historical periods where they got along very well. The issue that is irresolvable is the realestate dilemma in and around Jeruselem...then ya' gocher prophesy about the end of times wheweee both sides don't predict a very pleasant party.
