No, as I have posted, I will not consider selling my ES I until it qualitfies, at least, for long term capital gains. I took it out of an IRA last January, so I will certainly hold it until then. But I may not sell then--or at all.I may just wait for the redemption in 2006.

At a 16% + premium I no longer recommend ES II. I was recommending it a couple of days ago, but it has risen too far above NAV value already. Would suggest anyone who bought it at less keep holding, however.

ES I is probably at about 10% premium after today's trading and is a better buy for the time being.
