How the heck to ballots in up in warehouses?

All the ballots are housed in a warehouse in King County. The question is why were the 150 ballots not dealt with properly. In addition, there are 573 ballots that were deleted erroneously due to a computer glitch. In the meantime, the GOP candidate's lead has dropped back down to 43 votes with only two more counties needing to report....King and Spokane. King, the much larger of the two went heavily for the Dem. candidate. Spokane went not as heavily for the GOP candidate.

The GOP is in court contesting that the 573 ballots should not be counted even though they were rejected incorrectly by the computer. Of course, the voters in question are furious and want their vote to be counted. I think even without the 573 votes, the Dem candidate will win. A quarter of the state's population lives in King County.
