The system is flawed though. Neither party wants to reduce spending. This is because the system rewards politicians that reward special interests. Can you blame the politician for rewarding their special interests, when that's what the system requires for them to remain in office? The system is broke. It should be fixed. I'm sure there are many politicians that would like to be free from the pressure of pleasing special interests, if only the system were different. Time to change the system. Hey, did you hear about the 1M salmon for baby food project the govt included in that $350B budget. Yeesh. Mercury anyone for your baby? Regards, Amy J
