No, con artists should not be allowed to run their scams with impunity. nor should a group or an enterprise be allowed to "operated under the guise of exposing fraudulent companies when they themselves were involved in the fraud".

Absolutely not - so many scams and my recent digging on places such as the Dilzinger board have shown me that outside of the securities market there is a heck of a lot of other scams going on. A lot of phony lending and HYIP schemes. Of the allegations against Tony I completely dismiss any of thet 9/11 crap. However there are two serious allegations that disturbed me. #1 the possible blackmailing of certain companies where he extorted shares to not expose a scam. If it was a scam he should have just went after it. IF proven this is greed at work and integrity compromised #2. the FBI connection which appears like it will be proven
