Jeff, where is the documentation on your "Investment Chat Board Lawsuits" thread about Dan7 who lost a $450,000 defamation lawsuit for statements made on an Internet message board?
The essence of the judgement was the court could find no evidence to support Dan7s claims that:
(a) he had filed a class action lawsuit against Xybernaut,
and no evidence to support Dan7s claims that Edward G. Newman, Steven A. Newman or John F. Moynahan had
(b) engaged in mismanagement of Xybernaut,
(c) made false representations about Xybernauts filings with the U.S. SEC,
(d) engaged in improper and unlawful manipulations of Xybernaut stock,
(e) lied about the financial condition and operations of Xybernaut Corporation, or
(f) made false or misleading filings with the U.S. SEC.
the judgement also enjoined Dan7 from publishing statements contrary to the facts established in the decree (items a-f above).

You're not being selective about what is posted on your thread for any specific reason (like being enjoined), are you? Dan7 claimed he didn't know the suit existed (lmao), but Xybernauts lawyer said he had been served notice of the lawsuit by certified mail. You don't believe the Judge would have made the award without a certified mail receipt, do you? You were saying what about what you have documented for many years now? Is that right, according to you the majority of companies that sue to shut people up end up being shut down themselves by the SEC? There seems in my opinion to be a distinctive pattern with those shut downs! The Truthseeker has seemingly been trying that angle for years with Xybernaut, but has not succeeded despite all his efforts. The coincidence is you don't have the article "Online Company-Flamers: Beware" By Jeffrey Benner or the case referenced unless I missed it on your "Investment Chat Board Lawsuits" thread - show me.

Are the following posts dated 03/17/2000 (exception- pluvia) just another coincidence? I doubt it!

The only one missing a comment is Mr Pink, but maybe I simply missed it.
Who is paying The Truthseeker to disparge companies the way he does? How many operatives is he paying to post on the yahoo message boards? How many companies remain going concerns that he has targetted? How many media types does he use? Tell us more about him being sued.

Notice of termination of all association with The truthseeker.

As of Yesterday.

I wish him luck in his current business venture as a paid researcher/basher..

I dont pay for any posts..period and I'm not gonna start ever doing that.

Please dont ask me to elaborate , just know that he is being paid now by outside parties.

He has done some good work and we have had some good times , but all good things must come to an end..someday.

Peace,
