All of that wasteful spending on American schools and infrastructure is going to have to be deferred - until the school and infrastructure construction programs in Iraq and Afghanistan are completed. And that may be years at the rate they are blowing up newly completed projects. These America First-ers are going to have to learn to like the back of the bus. Thank goodness America only spends 0.1% of it's budget on foreign aid. I'd hate to see humanitarian projects interfering with mistaken and pointless wars. Talk about a lunatic administration. ,
