Yes.

The song would first be saved in some huge format (I forget
the extension- perhaps wav format).

Then you would use something like your media player or real
jukebox or Winamp to convert it to a MP3.

The more accurate you are with labeling them the better.
Break down the album song by song instead of saving the whole
thing as one huge MP3.
