Roebear, I will be interested in new energy ideas

I am long or keeping an eye on the lot pictured below with attention to the December 6th high...Those above their respective price on that date are relatively strong. The OIH looks appealing on any little pullback with a couple dollar stop...XLE appears to be under pressure from its overweighting of XOM and CVX which seem under liquidation on the basis of some advisers suggesting profit taking in energy.

(Bias: long BRY ECA SFY Acclaim and Advantage)

Puplava's group has a round table discussion this weekend...Jim Willie, Dave Morgan, and Bill Powers are generally bullish while Tim Woods warns of a dollar rebound and a CRB decline. Jim Willie has some good lines but has this deflationary theme that I can't join....Energy is well liked but without specific names...
netcastdaily.com

Morgan says $10 silver in 2005....over the Commercial Shorts dead bodies....Tim Woods with his counter trends and cycles looks for stock market rally to end in 2005....boy that's bold...Parity of the Canadian Dollar with USD?? Most in the group see that...POWERS thinks Canadian energy stocks are thus among the better plays.

Anybody subscribe to Bill Powers newsletter on energy stocks...probably contains as good ideas as any...

One last chart ... CanRoy EENC...knocking on new highs...
stockcharts.com

One investment ideas...Tim Wooks...short the stock market, Morgan - Silver, Tim Willie - small gap energy, Bill Powers - small cap energy producers with out hedges in Canada, Puplava - small gap silver junior miners....

Have some of those bases covered and I hope your question Roebear brings in some ideas particularly in the energy area...
