Its quite amazing. I don't know how she could make such an interpretation of the law. The people whose votes are in question did nothing wrong. For 573 voters, it was a computer error followed by a people error that neutralized their vote; for 150 voters, it was a clerical/people error. Why should the voter get screwed? In fact, one of the voters in question is a King County Councilman.

The Dems. now have taken the issue to the state Supreme Court. It will be interesting to see how they rule. Even if they rule in favor of the GOP, I think the voters in question will go to court over the issue. What would be nice is if the GOP candidate's lead is eliminated by King County's recount without the 723 ballots in question.
