Rambi, my wife started taking Celebrex. Didn't work well. She moved to Vioxx. Worked well.

She has started taking Aleve. Since she has a finicky stomach it has to be somewhat mild. So far so good. She says not a good as Vioxx but better than Celebrex.

Didn't know you played the "88". Or do you have the concert Bosendorfer for your gigs?

Re: Celebrex. Will do more research before I decide. I don't take it every day, only when I have pain, and I don't have pain every day.

Here is something odd: I was diagnosed earlier this year with Type 2 diabetes, and given Micronase, which increases insulin sensitivity. Because it's hard on the liver, was told to stop drinking. I haven't stopped drinking, but cut way back.

And the RA is in remission. The rheumatologist said that might happen. It's often been in remission during the warm months, so I remain wary that it will return this month or next month, but so far, so good.
