I continue to be a teetotaller, so no chance of that ... :)

Your link to the pics doesn't appear, at least on my screen. Would like to see them. I have two September pics of the square and the only unusual sights I see are a sign promoting an upcoming Octoberfest and an extended-cab white pickup that seems out of place in the midst of all the high-end SUVs and autos. :)

Tomorrow is HalfPrice Book Store Family day

And will there be a Victoria's Secret Gentlemen day? Might be worth another trip ...

The local Christmas parade just went by. Every year the local volunteer fire department goes up and down every street in the neighborhood, including all the cul-de-sacs, with Santa sitting on the top of the fire truck waving at everybody and the sirens blaring.

The kids all stand out on the street and wave as they go by.

I actually think it's kind of strange.
