I get it. You have "documentation" for this Nevada Court thingie, but you'll only email it in secret if someone gives you their email address. Uh... why do you need to email a Nevada Court thingie in secret? If it's part of the Nevada Court official record, then it'd be public record. And, for your edification, Jeff does indeed make more money than I do. His position at FBN is at the uber-exec level, whereas I am mere upper-middle management. Had you actually done some diligence, instead of twirling the shiny metal knobs of your life-support system, then ....

I get it, you people (EXCEPT JEFF) are saying that Janice lied to the Nevada court! Ummm, no. The filer of the lawsuit, Michael Sylver, now up on felony charges (intent to defraud, theft, etc.), lied to the court. See "The Two Ms. Shells": Message 13281007. You don't even begin to "get it". I get it, you people (EXCEPT JEFF) are saying that Janice lied to the Nevada court! My only communication with the Nevada court was a Motion to Dismiss, which was granted. The "liar" in question was first of all Pugs, and secondarily the AZNT attorney. Bill's right. There's no hope for you. You can't even read properly.

What??? I will open a new e account sometime today or this evening, and send the papers off to you. I imagine that you will try to get them removed from the web. Just about all the court documents relating to the AZNT suit can be found on Jeff's Invesment Chat Rooms Lawsuits board right here at SI. Wither or not you are successful will depend on the lawyer(s) who represented Amazon Natural Treasures. Do you seriously not realize that that suit was dismissed FOUR YEARS AGO???
