Try "I Will Bear Witness" by Victor Klemperer. Might still be available at your local library. Liberals were the first to jump on board the bandwagon back then, once they figured out you had to swim downstream to keep what you had and have a chance to add more. Two sides ... same coin, IMO. Waco style Gestapo freaks are now standard MO in all States. Darth Vader attire is so chic.
