Amy, the motive in this twisted murder:

Nodaway County Sheriff Ben Espey said Montgomery was six months' pregnant when she miscarried earlier this year. Of a possible motive in the case, Espey said, "I think she was probably going to take it because she had lost one through a miscarriage."

Must have been Lisa Montgomery's "love affair with the fetus" (tm. Jocelyn Elders).

Don't abort baby, abort the Mom.

The worst part of about it was that the pregnant woman was alive when the baby was cut from the womb. And what kind of trauma did the baby sustain? Its just unbelievable.
