Al, what I have a problem with is the conclusion that the study jumped to. They never asked the participants straight out whether they considered any of those statements to be infringements on civil liberties. Instead, they asked those questions with false pretenses, then jumped to the conclusion that anyone who said yes to one of them must be racist.

Of course, academia gets a pass because no one would dare question their impartiality, especially not the media. Except of course those in the "red states," but they're just a bunch of backwards Bible-thumpers anyway.
