A major dumb mistake. But, in the wake of the recent election, I guess it is part and parcel with the whole thing.

And I thought the judge here was reaching when she said the uncounted but legitimate votes in the governor's race can not be counted period.

Given the nature of Putin, I hardly think this reading will stop him in his destruction of Yukos.
