The scammers were tossed out but that did not make the concession suddenly viable. Even Pfeffer must have had a clue that I was telling the truth when he insisted that I be sued to shut me up. It blew up in his face! The $75 per ounce claim was and is pure fiction. Don't know who wrote it but it is BS. My predictions just keep coming true and then most of the zealots evaporate.
