Thanks for posting. I was among the ignorant on some of these points, and it inspired me to take a small book my husband's deceased brother owned "Charters of Freedom", and read it thoroughly rather than skim it or find salient points.

Who sets the number of citizens per district?

The number of districts in each state is determined by the decennial census, as mandated by the Constitution.

You get a lot of takes about just about everything. You can get the take that the earth is flat if you look hard enough.

Interesting post about the constitution and people's knowledge (or lack thereof) about it but I'm not sure if it is really supposed to be a reply to what you quoted from my post or if your just taking the conversation on in another direction.
