Slaydick - as usual you are way out in terms of materiality with resepct to an issue being discussed.

I am very much aware of the issues involved in theory and you just have no idea with respect to the reality of this particular trial.

Of course, in your zeal to brown nose, you often are a defender of the indefensible. In your zeal to bash anything American, you wish to re-make the system in your own distorted vision. Words alone no matter how often repeated do not make for a compelling or even relevant argument.

You may wish that the jury find defendants innocent because you were part of the action or because you are sympathetic. If your bias were determined in voir dire, it is unlikely you would be sitting on the jury.

The jury will not determine innocence or guilt here based on your notions of who is the good guy. It's not going to happen. He will be judged by the jury ON THE FACTS and the JUDGE will instruct them on the law.

You probably saw the OJ trial on TV and think that it is typical. You are wishing and hoping and praying, but you have no concept of reality.

Slaydick - you need to go to that fictitious realm DOM and make up your own system.

Have fun.
