I'll defer to Bob on that one, but I suspect it'll require some extensive modifications to listing, batch, and intra-message navigation. Right now they rely heavily on the intra-thread sequence numbers which aren't very compatible with Ignore. I recall that Brad had to eliminate using the sequence numbers for most navigation and batch queries when he implemented Ignore on the old SI.
