As for the breaches you mention, they have to do with accounting for WMD -- a process that the Security Council wanted to pursue with further inspections. The US does not speak for the UN. The US is not the UN. And the US acting in Iraq is indeed unilateral. As for being thugs -- we have killed many tens of thousands of innocent civilians with a range of lethal weaponry in a war we launched without just cause -- what does it take to be a thug?
