Maybe we should have assigned readings before a poster can use the name Keynes. As an example, another usually reliable poster (Heinz) misuses the term Keynesian.

First, FDR's New Deal (1933) predated Keynes General Theory (1936). Although the New Deal contained some elements of Keynes' recommendations, it was not "Keynesian".

Second, Japan's misguided policies in the 90s were also not "Keynesian". In fact, Keynes would have pointed out that the Japanese were just "pushing on a string".
