I think the miners are simply awaiting another whacking of the POG -- guessing a whole lot of other influences, is like reading tea leaves or something, IMO. I think we may see gold whacked rather soon. Some of the juniors are simply being tossed in the garbage -- the mood is very bearish as far as I can see ... closer to the bottom than we are a top. I expect POG will hit 410 or so before this is over.

The big wild card is China. If China were to revalue the yuan -- the gold complex would get a strong boost. But barring that I think we headed considerably lower before the next phase of the golden bull begins.>

For a while stocks have moved up as the dollar declines and vice versa. As we are in the seasonally strong period for stocks and stocks, bonds, gold all have gone in the same direction something has to break and when it does it will be hard.
