I will save some ammunition for that day, but I also think it may turn before then on other pressures. Pal market is so small that it won't take much to swing supply/demand in the other direction. Even in an environment where number of cars is staying the same or even shrinking Pal go up if they are replacing Plat catalyst for Pal. IE recycled Platinum goes to other uses while Pal is being used in the new catalysts.
