Two and a half million additional shares will not matter much when there are about 61 million ones already outstanding. The "good" thing about the deal is that there were no warrants. And that absence comes with a cost. The underwrites have to have some way to make their money. These folks are not long-term investors.

The interesting question in my opinion is: Why did they do this? The amount is not very large and will only buy them a limited period of extra time. So, why bother?
