Either of those two forms of government being odious and despicable, perhaps it is time to consider breaking up the U.S. into its constituent parts so that a more perfect Union may be formed.

In what possible sense do you mean that the U.S. is "too large" to govern in its present form? Surely you do realize that India, with over 3 times the population of the U.S., maintains a democracy that can be considered to be at least the equal of the U.S. in terms of the right of the people to control their own destiny.

And yet India does so without threatening and intimidating the entire planet, as does a malevolent U.S. government.
