<Wanna talk Sweden> They had some great imperial ambitions too, they even managed them down to the alps, and almost to St Petersburg.

Now they just an election system almost as funny as two-party, single-district system.

However, there are some good reasons for using that in both Afghanistan and Irak, somewhat modified according to how local politicians are assassinated, althoug Sweden is working hard to finally reform their system.

Btw, UK is still struggling, although Wales, Scotland and both Irelands have already done it, and Canada has this problem in B.C.

Australia, especially NZ, even little Malta have already done it, although it is something complex and complicated to even start doing.

However, they too have a funny election system, but they have already started to improve it.
(morally, they are doing, somewhat well)

Funny prisoner's dilemma in doing that.
