The 67 stock market strategists polled by Business Week are looking for a 7% gain in the Dow for 05. A little worrisome is that less than 10 of the 67 are looking for lower prices. One thing JT that bothers me is the sentiment indicators - polls, COT, Rydex etc sure don't bode well for the market in the coming month or two. But then they haven't done a very good job of calling this continuing rally the past several weeks either. Hopefully, 05 will be a bit like 87 where we entered the year with lots of bulls from 86 and the market surprised by really taking off.

I really believe the casino stocks are the place to be. BYD is making new highs today and up over 5%. And MGG saw lot of buyers come in at the lows and is now up. Still think LVS and WYNN will be OK.
