Why is it that during President Bush's first term there was a terror warning for just about every national holiday, election and my mother's birthday? But now that our vainglorious President has been reelected Thanksgiving and now Christmas and New Year's have no threats nor discussions from the federal government.

Why is that?

Did everything just get better?
