No doubt the biggest bubble in real estate is new high end urban condos. Speculators control up to 80% in many sunbelt markets and if they ever had to rent the place it might barely cover the monthly maintenance, taxes and insurance. Ever wonder who gets left holding the bag upon CO in a falling market?
