Just go to The Hague and sit in on the Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal - plenty of tribal maniacs there, they are called "defendants" or "long-term inmates" once they were convicted of unspeakable atrocities in the name of tribal superiority. The chief tribalist, good ol' Slobo Milosevic, is dragging out the proceedings before the inevitable life sentence his ethnic superiority will bestow on him. Which is better than that homicidal bigoted scumbag deserves. Too bad Franjo Tudjman had the luck to die on his own before they caught up to him.
