You're correct. It really does not matter because they never run out of shares to sell. Most have options out the whazoo. I've seen the argument, "look, he still has 40 million shares." He ALWAYS had and will have at least 40 million shares! It's called a money tree for a reason, and why the sheep keep eating the leaves from the CEO's trees and Greenspasm's tree is beyond ludicrous.
