More seriously, I hope you are right, But I don't think so.

IMO democracy will come to the ME eventually, but it will not come at the end of a gun barrel. People in the ME will have to find their own way and when it does come, democracy will have a ME flavor.

Don't you think it is a bit arrogant on our part to promote democracy through the use of force? Do you really believe that the people in the ME are in favor of having us come in to help them out using our military? From our perspective, do you think that it is worth the cost? BTW, what will it ultimately cost? or, does it not matter?
