I remember when my granddaughter was 4 and we took her to see A Christmas Carol on Christmas morning at the South Coast Repertory. The excitement must have been too much for her. Just as we parked, up came her breakfast all over her beautiful Christmas dress. The she was even more upset because I said we had to go home. She would have nothing to do with that so I had to take her in the restroom and clean her up and we sat and enjoyed the play.

Just start relaxing now....I did today when I went out to see my Mom. That was a tough trip, but one I'm glad I made. Both of us got tears in our eyes when I put my coat on to go.... The real spirit of Christmas is just sharing with those you love. I'm going to try to get everything dusted, and the various food things made....but not going to vacume the entire house. No time, nor inclination to do it and get tired before everyone gets here... Have a wonderful time with your Christmas events with your family!
