Unilateral fp is not defined as you do. Its a go-it-alone fp as opposed to multilateral where you have allies. In between is where we are in iraq--its neither completely uni or enough to call it multi. I will stick with the way i learned it back in grad school. You can play the word games if you wish.
BTW, is provoked the opposite of unprovoked?
