Sportsinteraction was originally sportsbook only, and added a casino about a year ago. Kahnawakee is the name of the tribe. I think it's the only North American based sportsbook. I wonder why it hasn't been shut down by the east coast bookies. Maybe the max limit is too low for high rollers, so bookies still have their high roller clients.

They gave out casino program to get people to try out and get hooked. I downloaded it and played free games. Surprisingly, the free program has lousy payout - about 75%. I thought it was lousy strategy for enticing people to join, but maybe they want to be upfront about it, that players lose. For internet base casino with low overhead, they should be able to give 98% payout on their slot games. But maybe there is not enough traffic.

If I am not mistaken, parent companies of largest casinos in Las Vegas have stakes in many internet based overseas casinos. I wouldn't doubt they are the money behind many of them.

I only play at the SI sportsbook with one dollar minimum bet. They have parlays too, up to a six-teamer, and the parlay payout is based on the odds on the board which turns out better than Vegas parlay cards payout. I don't go to Vegas anymore now, not been there in last 3 years. That's all I play in Vegas, at the Stardust sportsbook. They (Stardust sportsbook) got real stingy with their free drinks anyway, so I don't miss it, except the view of multiple telecasts on many screens.
