Mad Dog, I am saying they are smarter, generally. But it's not because they are richer. They are richer because they are smarter [generally].

It's quite obvious that brains are useful for getting money, and to get a lot of it, a person has to be smarter still. Generally. This is a statistical matter so there's no point referring to Uncle Fred who's as stupid as a brick but is rich because he was lucky, as though that proves the idea wrong.

The whole discussion is based on envy and hubris. The stupid rich think that because they have the money and because they are generally smarter, they should rule the world and have serfs. The stupid poor are envious of the rich and want to bring them down on the "why should somebody do better than me?" principle.

Here's to everyone making a $million next year and feeling really smart. Merry Xmas.
