But all those Californicators moved in, and now we're no better than anybody else. NOOOOOOOO. Not quite. The last gubernatorial election we had may have been a recall, but we had one vote, one count, and it was DONE!

It sounds like they hired the Chicago Daley vote-counting machine. Count, re-count, and re-count again, until you win. The Democrats' mantra, "Count all the ballots" means count those that weren't cast -- so long as they would have been cast for the democrat candidate, but for supernatural forces that prevented their being counted.
