It sounds like they hired the Chicago Daley vote-counting machine. Count, re-count, and re-count again, until you win.

The Democrats' mantra, "Count all the ballots" means count those that weren't cast -- so long as they would have been cast for the democrat candidate, but for supernatural forces that prevented their being counted.

Bad news. CNBC said this morning that the Dems now claim to have won the WA governorship by 8 (?!) votes.
