I think I would back off right now. I more call you could compliment them on the amount, saying it was fair. The guy should also pay for Ferguson's medical expenses. You might suggest that. <g>

I agree, they should have suspended him and by doing that sent a huge message that going for the neck it totally off limits and will cost a career if Ferguson didn't get his regain feeling in his legs and was permanently paralyzed? no amount of money in the world would compensate for that it's a rough hard game, but flagrant disregard for the safety of an athlete and violent unnecessary blows to vulnerable areas should be dealt with severely
