Peter, its your testimony that is in question. It's your credibility. You seem ready to talk an give you opinions on the trial in everything except what you are qualified to do, to speak to what you saw and did.

The newpapers have reported that you essential changed your story from one day to the next while you were on the stand. You asked the jurors to disregard you first days testimony because you were sleepy.

Do you want to clarify what has been written up by Dow Jones? Its a yes or a no. Either do it or don't do it. Unless you are blind or just plumb stupid, you came across to the jury liar, willing to change his story.

Don't bother to play the victim, about how terrible you feel. Nobody here asked you to lie. Nobody here is persecuting you or being bad to your feelings. That is just another con job. A means to divert attention. You do that well.

You got up on the stand and said what you did. Do you want to clarify it or not. If you don't clarify, people will rightfully take the reporter's account of it.

If you don't want to comment then don't, just say you won't.
The impression I have of you will not be far different than the jury's IMO.

Peter you make comments on other things related to the trial, except to your own testimony, why is that?
